Before submitting an email, please review the Troubleshooting Tips and notes below
Problem	Solution
System is getting "Timed-out" message	Your computer has set idle on one page for 20 or more minutes OR "Cookies" are disabled - cookies must be enabled for these pages to function correctly
Unable to make reservation	Verify that you are using a compatible browser. This is a secure web page that uses 128 bit security. This requires you use Micorsoft IE, Version 4.5 or higher or Firefox, Version 3.00 or higher. If you still are unable to complete a reservation, and you are using one of the above mentioned browsers, please call 1-800-447-2757.
Do not know or have forgotten your password	Your password is same as your e-mail address.
Do not know your customer ID number	Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-447-2757 between the hours of 8 A.M - 8 P.M Eastern Time Monday - Friday and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Unable to print your confirmation	A confirmation notice will be sent to your email address.

You must contact the Michigan CRS Customer Service Department to cancel or verify your reservations. Call 1-800-447-2757 between the hours of 8 A.M - 8 P.M Eastern Time Monday - Friday or 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Reservation requests can not be submitted through the CONTACT US mechanism.
The CONTACT US function sends your comments to Michigan CRS reservation center. It does not send any comments, requests, or suggestions to a specific park.
